Die Wohnung (im 14. Bezirk 5min entfernt von der u4 Station Unter St. Veit) ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und viele anderen Küchengeräten, Internet usw. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 75m² groß, der zu vermietende Wohnbereich besteht aus einem größeren (etwa 15m²) und einem kleineren (etwa 6m²) Raum. Beide Zimmer haben Fenster in den Hof. Es ist allgemein sehr ruhig hier und man hat es weder weit ins Grüne noch in die Stadt. Ich brauch auf die Uni ein bisschen länger als eine halbe Stunde.

Die Miete könnte sich in nächsten Zeit etwas erhöhen, da das gesamte Haus renoviert werden soll! In der Umgebung befinden sich: Spar, Merkur, Penny Markt, Bipa, McDonald, Obi, Bäcker, Videothek... (also alles was das Herz begehrt!) :) Schönbrunn ist zu Fuß etwa 15min entfernt. Hab auch Fotos!

Ich hoffe es meldet sich jemand!! Es ist schrecklich die Zimmer so leer zu sehen, außerdem hallt es extrem wenn da nix drin ist :/
