Public Lecture: Election Observation - Fostering Democracy ? Potentials and Limitations of international electoral Support: The Case of Sudan

On the occasion of the forthcoming elections in Sudan the Research Platform “Human Rights in the European Context” together with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights invites to a high-level expert roundtable.

Panel Discussion:
In the expert round table Christina Binder (International Law and International Relations), Yonsif El Kordofani (Sudan Emabssador in Vienna),
Armin Rabitsch (EU and OSCE election observation expert), and Christina Sommer (Ludwig Boltzman Institute for Human Rights) will be discussing the possibilities and barriers of election observation in the case of Sudan.
