Hat jemand von euch Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prüfungsangst? Das macht mir nämlich echt zu schaffen.. Lerntechnisch ists kein Problem und ich kann eh alles, aber wenn ich dann dort sitz, ist irendwie alles weg..

Ich hab gesehen, auf der morgigen UniLeben Messe (1.März) gibts zugeschnitten auf uns Studenten einen Workshop zum Thema "Keine Angst vor der Angst! Prüfungsstress? Nein, danke!" (http://unileben.univie.ac.at/fileadmin/ ... danke_.pdf)
Ich glaub, ich werd da mal hinschaun..

Für alle, dies interessiert: Hab den Typen auch gegooglet: René Otto Knor - ist Mentaltrainer, hat die NLP Akademie in Österreich gegründet und coacht in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Management und Verkauf. Letzte Woche oder so ist er vom Kurier interviewed worden und macht einen echt sympatischen Eindruck.. (http://www.nlpakademie.at/presse/kurier_februar.pdf)

Hat jemand einen Erfahrungsbericht? Wer schaut da hin?
Bin schon gespannt auf den Workshop - kommt mir grad richtig, am Do hab ich eh Prüfung...
